Do I Need Any Equipment (A Yoga Mat, Towel, Etc.)?
No. We rent or sell everything you might need to enjoy class. We rent mats, towels and Yogitoes® (specialized, non-slip mat towels). We sell premium mats and have bottled water available for a small donation.
Scheduling your classes online is the best way to guarantee yourself a spot. If you are new to our studio it’s best to show up 10-15 minutes before class so that we can get you entered into our system and show you around.
How Hot Are The Classes?
Not all of our classes are heated. Our heated classes are heated to 90degrees.
How Often Should I Practice?
Practicing 2-3 days per week will help you with flexibility and mobility over time. Practicing 4-5 days per week will offer a great transformation. However, for life changing results a daily practice is encouraged!
How Can I Learn More About Yoga?
We offer private yoga, and workshops & events for those looking to learn more and deepen their yoga practice. We also offer a yoga teacher training programs if you want to deepen your personal knowledge and transform your lifestyle… or you are considering teaching Yoga. Our teacher training is a deeper look into the rich history and philosophy of Yoga. And, of course, simply attending classes will encourage a deeper understanding over time.
