Private Yoga Therapy
Private Yoga Therapy sessions are for individuals with challenges in mobility, strength or motor control, habitual movement patterns that cause pain, or various symptoms of inflammatory disease. Recommended for athletes who, from muscular imbalance, structural misalignment or overuse, have injuries or limitations. A private yoga therapy session includes an initial assessment, detailed instruction and a yogic protocol by email that is intended to be used as home practice. These sessions are intended to be complementary to other forms of health care.
Group or Corporate Yoga
Bring 2-10 of your co-workers or friends to a unique small group yoga class, or bring a small group yoga class to your desired location. You schedule the time for your class and have it designed to meet your group’s experience and comfort level. When we are healthy, we are better able to face challenges and give our best to whatever endeavor we undertake.
